Studying Diasporia's

Today has been productive in research. I am currently reading accounts of the diasporas. It
seems everyone remembers the horrible things done by Hitler to the Jewish people. They seem
to fail to remember the Spanish Inquisition. Things done in the Name of Christianity were never what Jesus of Nazareth ever intended. We see no Biblical accounts in the New Testament of this being done by Christians to Jews. We see however a religious group calling themselves Christians doing horrible things in the earth. None of it justified. We know for a fact that this was not done by Peter, Paul, John or Timothy. These things were done by the religious who were not following even the 10 commandments. Jesus never said to kill your enemy. No rather He taught to love your enemy. Stephen the Martyr did not die in vain. Sure many things happened to the early Church at the hands of others but they were never taught to kill, steal or destroy. Those are the habits of another father, not the Father of the Faithful. Those are the habits of the enemy. Looking at all that is happening in the world today it really makes you think that barbarianism is alive and well. Things people used to do that were so violent are now done in an aristocratic manner. Jesus help us all. We need to make it out of this world without sin. Which brings me back to square one. Jesus said to love our enemies and not to curse them but bless them. In all the research I do I cannot see where He ever justified killing our enemy or our neighbor and especially our brother or sister. In fact we are not even to speak ill of them. We all have such a long way to go. Lord have mercy on us and especially me.
In the Name above all Names...Jesus the Messiah....
